A Step Toward Quantifying Independently Reproducible Machine Learning Research
What makes a paper independently reproducible? Debates on reproducibility center around intuition or assumptions but lack empirical results. Our field focuses on releasing code, which is important, but is not sufficient for determining reproducibility.
